* U2Fansites.com (in conjunction with SkyeCom.Net) is offering free high quality hosting for U2 related fansites, and we reserve the right to refuse hosting to any site/person for any reason at anytime. Users are responsible for content displayed on their websites. It includes news, multimedia, pictures, etc. We can not be held responsible for hosted account content.

* All hosted websites have to be of high quality, which includes keeping them up-to-date. U2Fansites.com accepts English language websites or websites with an English version. However, if you operate a high quality U2 websites with no English language version and it is of high quality, then U2Fansites.com may make an exception to this rule, but this decision will be left sole to the discretion of U2Fansites.

* Users are obliged to display U2Fansites.com's Advertisement Code on all pages above the fold or in the top 400 pixels, this would include any gallery or forums on your site. If you use iframes, U2Fansites.com's Advertisement Code must be put inside the frame at the top of every single page. Ad code placement is required and is a condition that must be completed within the first two weeks of hosting to avoid possible suspension or termination from the program.

* Users are not allowed to ask visitors to click on the Advertisement Code. This is against Google's Terms Of Service and will result in suspending your account on the spot.

* Users are not allowed to host any websites on their account without our prior permission. Your not allowed to use the free account to store non-site related material. All files uploaded to your account should be used for your site.

* No adult, porn, hack, warez websites.

* Users are allowed to host audio and videos on condition that they are 100% legal. Every user can apply for a free media account on U2Fansites.com's media server. All media should be compressed to save bandwidth and web space. 

* Any kind of spamming is forbidden. Users found spamming will be terminated.

* Users are not allowed to display copyrighted materials unless they have rights to do so. If you display copyrighted materials, you do at your own risk.

* Users are obliged to make sure that all scripts loaded to the U2Fansites.com servers are kept current and patched. This requirement is in place to help insure that U2Fansites.com maintain a stability server environment for all members of the service.

* U2Fansites.com encourages users to install and use the dozen or more pre-bundled scripts that are available to for free in the LxAdmin control panel.

* Users are obliged to update their websites regularly. If your website is not updated at least once in a 60 days period then you'll run the risk of having your site suspended and then removed from the server if you do not contact us. 

* Users should be familiar with building web sites, graphic creation, using FTP, etc. U2Fansites will not be available to help trouble shoot web design issues.
